ROUND 2 LAKEWOOD COLORADO MOTOCROSS 2021 | PHOTO REPORT

Round 2 of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Series took place in beautiful Lakewood, Colorado for the Thunder Valley National.  Garrett Marchbanks came out swinging again and put down another 2 great moto's giving him a 6th place overall finish on the day!  With 4 good moto's to start the year that puts Garrett 5th place currently in the 250 class points standings.  Other good rides in the 250 class came from Carson Mumford in 14th and Zack Williams finishing in 26th.  In the 450 Class Freddie Noren was able to come away with 2 solid rides and ended up with a solid 15th place overall.  Other FXR riders in the 450 class was Coty Schock in 18th, Mitchell Falk in 20th, Jacob Hayes 23rd, Jacob Runkles 27th, Robert Fitch 33rd, and a very unlucky day for Phil Nicoletti going down in the first turn of the first moto resulting in having to sit out the days races.  The series has one weekend off but then continues on June 19th, 2021 at Highpoint Raceway in Mt. Morris, Pennsylvania.

Garret Marchbanks had a great day finishing 6th in the 250 class.

Carson Mumford had a solid day finishing 14th.

Zack Williams made it out for Round 2!

Williams finished 26th in the 250 class.

Freddie Noren had a good day and finished 15th overall in the 450 class.

Freddie went 15-14 for 15th overall in CO.

Coty Schock had a rough first moto with a flat tire.

Schock turned things around 2nd moto finishing 16th which put him 18th overall for the day.

Mitchell Falk Showed some good speed at Thunder Valley.

Mitchell went 25-18 for 20th overall.

Good to see Jacob Hayes back after such a bad leg injury.

Hayes's finishes were 20-37 for 23rd overall.

Phil Nicoletti had a very rough day going down hard in the first corner of the first moto. 

Jacob Runkles finished 27th overall.

Robert Fitch finished 33rd in the 450 class.

Thunder Valley had no shortage of line selection.

Good to see all the fans back at the races!

Next stop High Point!
