Free Shipping Promotion
"Free Standard Ground Shipping" is offered on orders with subtotals (after discounts, before tax), unless specified differently as part of a limited time promotional offer. The FXR Group reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotions at any time.
Please note: All “Free Shipping” promotions apply to Standard Ground Shipping unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
Order Processing
Once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, please allow up to 72 hours for processing (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order ships unless otherwise notified. Orders containing items that will be receiving custom name and or number applications may take upward of an additional 10 business days for processing and orders containing Custom Apparel will take 6 to 8 weeks production time to design your custom piece before they ship.
Some exceptions may apply. Shipping costs and delivery times are subject to change. Shipping times are estimates and will vary based on your ship to location. TThe FXR Group will not be held responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or natural disasters.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been submitted no changes can be made (size, color, style, quantity). If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders are processed quickly. Once our warehouse has begun processing your order, it cannot be cancelled (Please refer to Return Requests).

Shipping Delays During Major Events and Holidays
Due to the high volume of orders and system-wide carrier capacity strains during busy seasons, shipments typically face longer-than-usual delivery times.
Why Your Order May Be Delayed
The delay in your order arriving may be a result of a combination of these factors:
- 1. Order Processing Time: Our warehouse team is doing everything possible to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing before your order is transferred to the carrier.
- 2. Carrier Network Delays: Once your package is shipped, major carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) are operating at maximum capacity. This high volume may add an additional 2-5 business days to the package's transit time beyond the initial delivery estimate.
You will receive tracking information via email the moment your label is created. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently with our shipping partners to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible during these times.
