The FXR group of companies (FXR Racing, FTA, Factory Ride), hereinafter referred to as 'FXR Group' is a premium apparel company and carries warranty on all FXR Group products. Satisfaction for every customer is the primary goal with every FXR Group product.
Warranty Claim Submission
FXR Group warrants our products to be free of defects in materials, contents and workmanship. Our products fall into two distinct warranty categories:
- Snow outerwear, helmets, gloves, boots, and goggles are covered under a 3-year progressive warranty.
- Race Division and Lifestyle collections, along with all other product not listed above, are covered for 1 year.

FXR Group warranty is not applicable if:
- Damage was the result of an accident.
- Damage due to improper maintenance, or care.
- Damage due to neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Some examples of damage not covered by warranty are:
- Material that has been snagged, ripped, torn, punctured, abraded or burned.
- Fading from sun exposure, staining, improper washing care, or failure to follow FXR Group care instructions.
Every product is susceptible to normal wear and tear though the lifetime of the product. The term Lifetime/Lifespan does not apply to the owner's lifetime. Our product is not meant to last the lifetime of the owner but the lifetime of the product. The lifetime of the product can be accelerated through high frequency and/or aggressive use, or through age itself, and can contribute to advancing the rate of natural breakdown of the product.
For all purchases of FXR Group product through a dealer/store, please return to the retailer with the original proof of purchase. If upon inspection by the dealer and FXR Group warranty department, the warranty claim is deemed as valid, then FXR Group will repair, or replace the product at our discretion.

All items being sent for repair, are required to be clean before forwarding for warranty service. If the garment received by our warranty department, is not deemed as clean, then a 200 cleaning fee will be issued and will be payable before return of the garment. Any fees incurred and not paid within 30 days of invoice will forfeit all warranty service.
An FXR Group Return Authorization Number is required for all FXR Group, including warranty and will be sent to you once your claim is approved. Items without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and will not be returned. For warranty service, if an exact replacement is not available, then one of equal value in the same size and color will be issued. All repaired warranty product will be covered for the remainder of the warranty period, from the original purchase date. The Return Authorization will indicate the return address. The return address will depend on the country from which the product is being returned. Shipping costs are at customer’s expense.
